Susan Bengtson Nash
Scientific research goals focus on investigating;The transport pathways of Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) to Polar Regions; Their environmental behaviour once incorporated into these high latitude environments, and ultimately; Chemical effects upon Polar biota and ecosystems. Our research contributes to long term chemical monitoring efforts and provides sustained monitoring data on the long term biological effects of climate driven environmental change in vulnerable Polar regions.
