Bio
| Deb Keen is Professor in Education with the Autism Centre of Excellence at Griffith University. She has an extensive research program and has published in excess of 40 academic journal papers, books and book chapters. Her research is primarily focused on ways to enhance participation and engagement of individuals with ASD and their families in home, school and community. More specifically, she undertakes research on evidence-based practices, communication, problem behaviour, early intervention, and family-centred practice. Deb is on the editorial boards of Autism: The International Journal of Research and Practice; Australasian Journal of Special Education; Journal of Intellectual and Development Disabilities and associate editor of the International Journal of Disability Development and Education. |
