My academic teaching innovates with digital tools through a community of inquiry approach focused on the co-creation of knowledge and student engagement. Collaborative digital environments such as Teams and social media spaces (Twitter/Facebook) are used to encourage student driven engagement, while screen casts or content videos are integrated as part of flipped tutorials. I have presented keynotes at international, national and state conferences, lectured on digital literacies internationally in Europe, and have developed and run workshops for in-service teachers both in face to face settings and through virtual professional development programs. My service roles include editing the Australian Council for Computers in Education Bi-annual Conference Proceedings; JTATE and ACCE/SITE publications; and ARC assessor.
